While you can do pull-ups or chin-ups on the pull-up bar, your children can do gymnastics and play on the rings or with the swing. Children can use the accessories (swing and rings) to improve their strength, agility, coordination and balance. This set is designed for the whole family and will take your fitness to a whole new level.

If the comprehensive set is still not enough for you, you can combine it with other BenchK products such as a training bench. In addition, you can use suspension trainers and resistance bands in your workout by attaching them to the pull-up bar or the rungs.

The rungs are made of beech wood and hand-treated with linseed oil in Germany. The frame is made of metal. It is manufactured in accordance with the safety standards for gymnastics equipment (PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03), which means that the wall bars are very sturdy and can withstand high loads.
