Da ich sonst nur Flexibar im Kurs im Studio mache, ist es sehr praktisch, den auch online kaufen zu können. Ist der gleiche Stab wie im Studio. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Der Flexi-Stab hat meine Schulterverspannungen binnen kürzester Zeit beseitigt. Nach einiger Zeit der Übung ist der Flexi-Stab sehr gut händelbar. Man sollte auf keinen Fall verzagen!
