Choose one of two unique looks: one with a mirrored acrylic surface or the other with a graphite-black acrylic glass finish. Both options add an optical highlight to a room. The mirror also serves a useful exercise function: it can help you assess your form and make necessary adjustments.

This dual-handle cable machine provides an exceptionally fluid feel to your movements – the resistance is consistently even throughout the entire range of motion of your exercises. This is achieved with nylon-coated steel cables and smooth-rolling ball-bearing pulleys. Furthermore, the swivelling pulleys allow for a wide range of motion, allowing you to train effectively with a huge variety of exercises available to you.

For the weight stack, you can choose the 67.5-kg or 90-kg version. If you choose the 67.5-kg version at first, you can purchase a later upgrade to increase the total weight to 90 kg. Alles Super gelaufen Anlieferung und Aufbau gingen relativ zügig. Super gerät für zu Hause da es vergleichsweise wenig Platz wegnimmt und man sehr viele Übungen dran ausführen kann.

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn ma es geschafft hat es richtig zusammenzubauen , was alles andere als einfach ist.

Kvaliteten på tårnet er godt, men med et udvekslingsforhold på 4:1, så er selv modellen med ekstra vægt (90 kg, svarer til 22,5 kg. træk) , ikke tung nok til mange og specielt ikke når du køre evt. triceps eller biceps med begge hændet på det ene træk. Rotation af kabeltrækkene står der ikke noget om i dokumenterne, med vil skyde på den hedder 120-140°, da de ikke kan køre ret meget ind mod midten, uden at wirerne køre på rullerne. Højden kommer der også lidt udfordringer på, hvis du skal skal køre "stående" triceps, så skal du ned på knæ for at håndtaget ikke køre på den øverste rulle.... [Read more]

Der Aufbau hat mit ein bisschen Geduld und sorgfältigem Studium der Anleitung reibungslos geklappt. Am schwierigsten war noch die Wandbefestigung, was allerdings nicht am Gerät sondern der schiefen Kellerwand lag. Das Gerät selbst ist jetzt seit einigen Monaten mehrfach pro Woche in Benutzung und ich bin vollauf zufrieden. Die Seilzugübungen erfordertenn teilweise etwas Übung, bis ich sie sauber und in sicherem Stand ausführen konnte. Einfach langsam und mit wenig Gewicht üben, bis es sitzt ... letztlich ist der Vorteil der freien Übungen ja, dass man auch stabilisieren muss. Nachbestellen musste ich recht bald die Zusatzgewichte (man unterschätzt den Flaschenzugeffekt, der beim Heben der Gewichte hilft) sowie eine Curl-Stange. Die Gewichte nachträglich reinzubauen fand ich umständlich, darum würde ich empfehlen sie gleich mitzubestellen. Eine kleine Übungsanleitung zum Einstieg wäre schön gewesen, so musste ich mir mit Goolge und YouTube alles selbst zusammensuchen. Geht aber auch, und nach kurzer Zeit brannten die Ziel-Muskeln genau da, wo sie sollten :)... [Read more]

Geweldig kwalitatief apparaat voor alle trainingsniveau's.

Afwerking en gebruikte materialen zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Alles loopt mooi en soepel. Na montage best alles goed inwrijven met siliconen spray. Opbouw duurt even en is een hele puzzel maar uiteindelijk goed te doen. Er zijn oneindig veel trainingsmogelijkheden en dat is het mooie van dit concept. Een van de grootste voordelen is dat het heel weinig plaats inneemt aan de muur. Al met al een grote aanrader. De spiegel is helaas geen aanrader. Hij is gemaakt van acryl plastic en eens gemonteerd vervormd deze iets wat een lachspiegel effect geeft.....niet om aan te zien dus. Ik heb deze er dus afgelaten en kijk liever op het mooie bewegende kabelmechanisme tijdens het trainen. ... [Read more]

Aufbau einfach, aber etwas Zeitaufwendig, zu zweit sollte man sein. Wir haben mit Kaffeepausen und Verstehen der Aufbauanleitung 3 Stunden gebraucht. Funktion perfekt, empfehlenswerte Maschiene. Versand hat sich leider über den Jahreswechsel etwas hingezogen.

Ein absolut stimmiges Preis Leistungsverhältniss und mit einer besseren Aufbau Anleitung wie Ikea . Es paßt so zusagen . Müssen es halt noch besser in unsere Trainings integrieren

Sieht nicht nur schick aus, sondern ist auch für kleine Räume fantastisch - und der Aufbauservice war extrem schnell und sehr nett! Jetzt freue ich mich auf das Training… ????
